This package will include the the following services :
Open your Touch Stay account
Build out first guidebook
Assist with the Integration of your Touch Stay account with your Airbnb or PMS
Setting up scheduled messages with unique guidebook links sent to guests via the Airbnb/PMS inbox and text.
Handover notes and a video guide to help you edit your guidebook in the future.
One set of edits following handover.

2. Custom Digital Guide Creation - Starting at $450 AUD for the first guide
Say goodbye to guest information stress with a custom digital guide! Packed with everything your guests need—property details, photos, videos, local tips, interactive maps, —it’s all wrapped up in your branding, colors, logo, and style. Easy, stylish, and totally you!
With all the essentials covered, your guests are equipped with clear, helpful information presented in a professional, polished way.
Once your digital guide is completed I'll provide handover notes to help you edit your guide and a video walk through of the account set up.
3a. Additional Digital Guide in the same account where I have set up the account and built the first guidebook - $100/$150 AUD (pricing depends on the amount of property information and images to load and is for properties in the same location)
I set up your account to make it easy to create additional digital guides for properties in the same area. These will include customised details specific to each property while maintaining the same high-quality design. Additional guidebooks for properties in a different location which will require a separate Local Area Guide will attract an additional $50
3b. Additional Digital Guide in account where I have NOT set up the account and built out the first guide: $150/$200 (pricing depends on the amount of property information and images to load and is for properties in the same location)
In this instance I'll require to spend some time, typically an hour working out the original set up of the account and tags used before I commence work on the new guide and customisations required for the new property/guidebook. Additional guidebooks for properties in a different location which will require a separate Local Area Guide will attract an additional $50
4. Property Managers - POA
If you're a Property Manager with more than 10+ properties please note that theTouch Stay team will assist with free onboarding. If you're a Property Manager with less than 10 properties I'm happy to assist, please contact me for a quote. Provide me a link to your website .or Airbnb hosting account. I can arrange a zoom call to discuss options. I've helped many Property Managers get their accounts up and running quickly.
5. Digital Guide Refresh - Starting at $199AUD

6. Digital Guide Review - $125AUS
Want feedback on your guidebook? I'll provide a detailed video overview with actionable suggestions for improvements, including links to helpful resources. It's the perfect way to fine-tune your guidebook and make it shine!
7. Guest Scheduled Messaging Setup - $99AUD
Streamline communications with your guests through an automated sequence of 5 personalized emails or SMS messages. From the moment they book to requesting a review when they depart, these scheduled messages (set up in Touch Stay Memo ) will enhance the guest communication and experience while creating efficiencies and saving you time. Customisation for each property is included!
8. PMS Integrations - $100AUD
Don't feel confident to set up the Integration with your Property Management System (PMS) and your Touch Stay account? I can assist to connect your accounts, match your Touch Stay guides to your listings, and sync your reservations.
